I am not an artist myself, but many of the artists at the festival, from those who paint sculptures to those who paint faces, do really amazing work and i think we should showcase at lease some of them that we all really enjoy. I hope this is ok to post here, and i an truly interested to hear what other people think of the events.

Personally, I love the glassblowers, turning glowing globs of glass into amazing works of art.

Which artists are your favorites?:)

I meant to sit down at both the blacksmith and glass blower shops this year, but didn't seem to ever get around to it. Oh well, maybe next year.

I saw some of the demonstrations last season. This year I didn't watch the entire presentations, but stopped by to visit with the artists for a little while and get some photos. All of them are very talented. Nice folks too ... the love to chat with TRF patrons and discuss their work.

Hmmmm ... come to think of it, while we were at the Castle Theatre he did tell me and Tess that he's meet us later at the Sea Devil ... 500 yards away! Must not have wandered too aimlessly. :)

Gotta love those pepper pushers. It would be cool if Lady McArthur joined this forum. She's a bit modest, so she would probably stay out of the 18+ section. :)

I saw the Pepper Lady today and picked up a few things. Going to pick up some more next weekend. I just love her stuff!!!
