Welcome to Dragon's Quest, the online home of MIL.

Since 1986, MIL has designed and selected the collectibles to be offered as a lasting remembrance for visitors of the Texas Renaissance Festival.* From Tankards to T-Shirts, and everything in-between, every year MIL works with talented artists all over the world to design and procure the quality items that make up the official Texas Renaissance Festival collectibles.

Thank you for visiting our place and check back often, as you never know what treasures await you!

Just minutes inside the festival's front gate, your pace quickens and your heart starts to race in anticipation. The most wondrous treasure chest in all the village is only steps away, housed in the white two-storied Italianate villa adjacent to the Globe Theatre. No trip to New Market Village can be considered complete until you have experienced the thrill of Noble House.

His Majesty the King has directed the Dragon's Quest masters to travel the roads of Marco Polo and seek out unique and excellent ware in faraway places. You will see the works of artisans that have spent a lifetime perfecting their skills to create beautiful and imaginative masterpieces. From the Great Wall of China to the tropical rainforests of Indonesia, the by-ways and villages abound with creative expression and talent. With the most primitive tools, or bare hands, an artist's eye, and a heart full of the love of beauty, these clever masters transform nature into compositions for the collector. These efforts may take days, months, or even years to complete. On jet airplanes or on the backs of elephants, Noble House is the result of this search.

There are handsome carvings in exotic woods, such as ebony and teak, and more colors of jade than most can imagine, not to mention the plethora of handcrafted treasures in silk, metals, and gemstones. There is artfully made jewelry in an incredible variety to dazzle the most discerning buyer. See for yourself the differences in rhodenites and rhodolite; learn how cloisonné is made; and try to move an ebony log that weighs as much as five villagers.
Take a journey through Noble House, where excellence is common and the unusual is to be expected.

So, while I have been working on the site.......

I have been in a battle with Windows 7 and losing. When people in the future look to the past, I guess that they will look upon Windows 7 as how we view Dragon's today. Beautiful but extremely unreliable.
